Manager/ Senior Manager for our Corporate Team (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• You will be a member of our corporate team, in charge of the corporate implementation of international tax reorganizations involving Luxembourg companies,
• You will take an active part in structuring, coordinating and implementing the Luxembourg corporate aspects of cross-borders tax reorganizations including: preparation and review of corporate documentation of any kind, ancillary to tax transactions, in relation to the incorporation and reorganizations of Luxembourg companies (contributions; migrations; liquidations; application to business license, etc) and the financing of these entities, both intragroup and external (e.g. PECS; loans; facilities,...).
• You will coordinate the implementation of international reorganizations with the professionals of the EY network.
• You will liaise with people from our tax department, other EY offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, banks etc.
• You will be in charge of coaching and delegating to junior and senior members of the team.

  

Your profile:

• You hold a university degree in corporate matters.
• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in a similar working environment.
• You have a thorough understanding of Luxembourg commercial corporate regulations.
• You demonstrate solid knowledge of and experience with international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies.
• You appreciate working in a highly dynamic & international environment.
• You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
• You are experienced in leading and coaching a team.
• You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
• You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• You are fluent in English, French and/or German, additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
