In
response to strong market demand, we are seeking an experienced Senior
Consultant to enhance our existing team, with experience of all aspects
of IT Advisory within the financial services industry in Luxembourg.
This
role offers the opportunity for quick onward career progression while
working with a broad range of clients across a number of sectors.
Your responsibilities:
- Advise on solutions, evaluation and process optimization concerning functional architecture and software integration.
- Writing functional specifications, setting up the tool's configuration, designing trials and monitoring non-regression testing.
- Voicing and formalizing users' needs, writing specifications and coordinating the testing phase.
- As part of your assignments, you may e.g. carry out business reorganization or manage large-scale projects.
Your profile:
- You hold a Master degree in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or similar.
- You have 3 – 5 years of relevant experience working as an IT Consultant in the financial industry within the Luxembourgish Market in a local Big 4 firm, in another international consulting firm or in a comparable role in a financial services organization.
- You show strong Business Analyst skills combined with a thorough understanding of Front to Back Office procedures.
- You possess relevant work experience and expertise in relevant software packages (such as Olympic, Avaloq, GP3, Murex, Summit, Calypso, Kondor+, etc).
- You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
- You are able to manage a team and you act as a team player.
- You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
- You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
- You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
- You are fluent in English, French and/or German, additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
