In order to continue the expansion of our Luxembourg Corporate Services, we are currently looking to recruit:

Corporate Senior (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

• You will be a member of our corporate team, in charge of the corporate implementation of
  international tax reorganizations involving Luxembourg companies
• You will take an active part in the drafting of corporate documentation of any kind, in relation to the incorporation and restructuring of Luxembourg companies
• You will liaise with people from our tax department, other EY offices, clients, lawyers, notaries, bank etc
• You will be in charge of coaching and delegating to junior members of the team

  

Your Profile:

• You hold a university degree in corporate matters or similar
• You have at least 3 years experience in a similar working environment
• You have knowledge of and experience with international corporate structures involving Luxembourg companies
• You are fluent in French and English. German woeuld be considered as an asset
• You are willing to join a highly dynamic and international environment
• You display the ability to communicate effectively and act as a team player
• You are organized, flexible and able to manage several files
