> Build strategy within identified key industries in order to convince our most important prospects to develop win/win partnership with Amex.
> Identify and Qualify new prospects in Top & targeted Industries.
> Develop a detailed knowledge and expertise of major players and key industries.
> Handle of Long and complex negotiation cycles with multiple and high level contacts (Marketing, Finance, IT, …)
> Build strong relationship with key prospects in order to analyse and identify key business opportunities and develop a “high value” proposition.
> Ensure E2E negotiation process & welcome acceptance at signed Merchants in order to maximise charge volume and revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
> Ability to develop consultative sales strategies and articulate the value of a customized Amex value proposition to meet customer needs
> High level Negotiation skills at board level and across variety of functions (Finance, Sales, operations, IT/Systems)
> Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet all internal requirements (Compliance, Pricing, Risk...) at every step of the Acquisition process
> Experience in managing long and complex sales cycles. Ability to manage an effective pipeline
> A thorough understanding of the MS Value Proposition.
> Strong analytical skills – ability to use financial models to support sales negotiation.
> Good English level. Ability to communicate at European level.
> Excellent Team Spirit
> Enthusiastic, Tenacious, high “will to win”
