To develop our Client Servicing department, Amundi Luxembourg is looking for a Senior Client Servicer with a confirmed German/Dutch experience. The position requires a proven capacity and professional maturity to meet the highest standards of servicing to a demanding and sophisticated global client base.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities of the role include the following:
  • Production, coordination and publication of reporting, statistics to sales teams and/or management;
  • In coordination with the commercial request and several departments of the company, being in charge of the establishment of distribution agreements;
  • Respond to distributor / Client / commercial requests;
  • Ensure the compliance with contractual obligations, particularly all the aspects regarding compensation and reporting; gathering the information needed to develop distribution agreements with commercial;
  • KYC monitoring.
The Senior Client Servicer will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and geographic area.
Profile:
To perform the job successfully, the candidate will demonstrate the following competencies:
  • 5 or more years of experience in an equivalent role
  • Education : Bachelor’s and/or advanced degrees in Finance.
  • Languages: German or Dutch, English and French. Any additional language would be an asset.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Other requirements: ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients; very strong communication skills; sense of initiative; self-starter; analytical and organizational skills, team spirit and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
