Within GCP France this person will report to the Team Leader, Sales, B2B & Public Sector.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for a number of key activities :
- Prospect new opportunities in the B2B and T&E Public Sector areas
- Work closely with the Account Development Managers Large Market & Public Sector to generate new business
- Develop consultative sales approach in synergy with all teams (Partnership, ADM, …)
- Increase Amex penetration in line with the B2B, and Public Sector strategy
- Analyse customer needs and build most valuable offer
- Conduct any needed sales visits and build relationships with all involved players (Finance, Procurement, HR, Commodity manager, …), at all level of the hierarchy
- Partner with all ADM as product and commodity expert, supporting the development of new business opportunities .
- Coordinate with internal departments (Partnership, Risk, …)
- Ensure best in class level of service
- Constantly challenge and enhance internal processes and products features, in all fields.
The preferred assets & qualifications of the candidate are :
- Tenacious, results-orientated and innovative
- Experience in the B2B area
- Both Procurement and Finance orientated
- Experience of Key/Large Accounts, in Private and ideally Public Sector
- Proven track record in the B2B area and in sales/relationship management
- Be interested in and have the ability to work effectively with and through colleagues from a variety of different functions and backgrounds of project management
- Good analytical, problem solving and management skills
- Have a solution-focused, ‘can-do’ approach and attitude plus the ability to manage different projects
Qualifications
Bac +4/5
- Be willing and able to take on challenging sales targets
- Demonstrate teamwork spirit and personal excellence
Fluency in French and English is an absolute must.
