An exciting opportunity to see the world as part of Total Exploration and Production (E&P) team has arisen for drillers with experience and expertise in the required discipline. Our E&P team is active in 42 countries across the globe and current opportunities offer attractive, long-term contracts in various international locations on a family or rotational basis. The D&C supervisor is the person in charge to manage on Site the Drilling/Completion/Work-Over Unit operations. He is the Company Representative on Site. He is assigned to one rig and he is the only entry point on Site to give operational instructions related to the rig. He has for mission to ensure that wells are delivered/maintained safely, in optimized time & cost, with targeted productivity, in compliance with TOTAL referential, local regulations and good oil & gas industry practices and drilling and completion programs. He takes the leadership on Site to improve the performance of the operations. The safety of the persons, the control of the well, the respect for environment and the safeguard of the assets are his primary duty. He organizes his work in order to focus on operations. His main activities will be : - Operations leadership - Organization/Animation of the operations - Reporting TRAINING : During more than 1 year, he will follow a full initial training, combining theoretical modules with practical ones. You will gain further and robust knowledge and know-how on how to build our wells. The D&C supervisor is assigned on a Site : drilling rig or work-over unit. He is rotating 1 month/1 month and is on duty 24/24 7/7. He is on a daily contact with all entities intervening on Site, internal and external, involved in the rig operations. He can be lead to manage emergency response in case of serious incident. |
Required skills
| Education |
| Education : 2 years at least after high school Relevant : IWCF Will be fluent in both spoken and written English. |
| Experience |
| At least 2 years as assistant driller, or 1 year as driller |

| Will be adept at working collaborating and proactively sharing information and expertise with your colleagues. Will be able to operate flexibly and sensitively in multi-cultural teams and local environments. Will be able and keen to travel the World and work in a variety of countries.
