For our Paris office, we are seeking a Communications Specialist (charge(e) de communication) for a firm contract (CDI contract) to work alongside the France Corporate Communications Director. Key responsibilities will include:

1. Support in the production of communications materials and tools:
- Act as Boeing.fr webmaster and content owner;
- Develop content for the France eNewsletter and follow process until publication;
- Provide support in producing internal and external communications messages and tools.

2. Support media relations activities:
- Coordinate translations and distribute news releases and other relevant materials;
- Assist with requests from French media and coordinate answers;
- Assist in the organization of media briefings and special projects;
- Keep media database up-to-date.

3. Support the France corporate citizenship program:
- Act as France corporate citizenship focal;
- Support our NGO partner, Les Restos du Coeur, in the coordination of our Aeronautique Solidaire program;
- Leverage visibility of the program internally and externally.

4. Manage media monitoring:
- Drive our agency for media coverage monitoring, check accuracy of media reports;
- Monitor online coverage and follow Twitter and blogs.

5. Provide administrative support to France Communications Director:
- Coordinate travel arrangements and generate expense reports;
- Process invoices and keep budget up-to-date;
- Provide support in the organization of meetings and events for various audiences : media, employees and
customers.

6. Provide support at Paris Air Show (once every other year):
- Support the Europe team in the organization of Boeing s participation at the Air Show;
- Supervise media chalet logistics & operations and support organization of some media activities.
