Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst M/F for our site based in Illkirch (near Strasbourg - 67).
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provides accurate, timely and meaningful financial analysis. Support during month-close and budgeting and forecasting process.
ACTIVITIES
- Responsible for defined month-close activities, like accruals, inventory accounting etc.
- Developing/preparing financial analysis, like Sales/GP, P+L
- Ad-hoc analyses
- Responsible for required reporting internal and external
- Coordination, contact person for all accounting purposes
- Contact person for the French customs authorities
- Provide strong internal finance support
- Provide support during BP/Forecasting process

Qualifications
- Master in BA, focus Finance
- 5 years experience in international companies, previous “Big Four” audit companies preferred
- Integrity and teamwork oriented
- Able to work under tight deadlines and high pressure
- Reliable and process oriented
- Proactive behavior
- Flexible to adapt process and environmental changes
- Analytical skills, structured and well organized
- Very good accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, JDE and SAP System
- Fluent in English
