An exciting opportunity to see the world as part of Total's Exploration and Production (E&P) team has arisen for senior engineers with strong experience and expertise in the required discipline. Our E&P team is active in 42 countries across the globe and current opportunities offer attractive, long-term contracts in various international locations on a family or rotational basis.

With an increasing installed base of subsea wells and production systems there is an increased need for experienced personnel to provide assistance to operating assets ensuring safe and reliable production from the subsea installations.
You will:
Develop the Subsea Integrity Management Philosophy for the subsea facilities :
Maintain the Subsea Integrity Management process
Define the subsea equipment monitoring philosophy and information management strategies
Define the Integrity Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Define the subsea inspection, maintenance & repair (IMR) activities - what, when and how
Define the methods to be employed for subsea inspection, repair and replacement of subsea components
Define method for capturing and distributing lessons learned
Support operating entities with subsea IMR strategies and management plans
Verification/implementation of logistics base support requirements for Subsea IMR
Support in implementation and management of applicable subsea spare parts philosophy
Manage subsea integrity management process continuous learning process and feed back to projects

As a result of significant growth in deep water offshore exploration, this will be a critical role within Total E&P involving internal assets and entities as well as interaction with external service providers. It will provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate and further develop your expertise in Subsea Integrity Management and IMR.


Required skills

Education
Will have Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
Will have a high level of awareness of Health and Safety issues, along with the ability to encourage conscientiousness in others where health and safety is concerned
Will be an fluent in both spoken and written English, French is a benefit
Experience
Will have minimum 7-10 years of experience working with design and operation of subsea production systems
Skills
Will have strong interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Will be able to operate flexibly and sensitively in multi-cultural teams and local environments to manage the completion of local work phases. In addition, knowledge of the relevant environment and openness to new construction methods is an advantage
Will be able and keen to travel the World and live in a variety of countries
Will be eager to develop your career in one of the biggest and most progressive Oil & Gas companies in the World
