Further to the rapid expansion of our Business Tax Services team and increasing demand from multinational companies for quality Tax services, we are currently looking to recruit a:

Manager Business Tax Services (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

Joining our Business Tax Services teams, you will participate in diversified projects with our commercial & industrial clients in the field of:

• Tax advisory services to companies with inbound operations,
• Tax reporting services and holding entities, including preparation of corporate tax returns and other filings, review of assessments and dealings with tax authorities.
• Tax due diligence in the context of merges and acquisitions,
• Tax accrual reviews as part of audit missions,
• Advisory services in relation to tax risk management,

  

Your profile: 

• You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in Luxembourg corporate taxation.
• You possess solid knowledge about Luxembourg and international tax legislation as well as tax reporting procedures. Knowledge of income tax reporting rules under US GAAP and IFRS would be an asset.
• You appreciate working in a highly dynamic & international environment.
• You have proven exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence and top results.
• You are experienced in leading and coaching a team.
• You demonstrate excellent writing, communication and presentation skills.
• You are willing to learn and develop yourself on an ongoing basis.
• You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
• You are fluent in English, French and/or German, additional language skills will be considered as an asset.
