We are currently looking to recruit a:

Business Development Coordinator (m/f)
focusing on the Luxembourgish commercial, industrial and public sector
  
Your responsibilities:

  • Support our client facing professionals in their market approach by preparing client/ sector research and analysis.
  • Understand and identify relevant “hot topics” and translate these into new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate and organise EY client events.
  • Provide in depth views and analysis on sales strategies, trends and relevant statistics etc.
  • Being involved in the marketing strategy of client-specific innovative solutions.
  • Set-up of professional marketing materials, e.g. flyers and brochures.
  • Share relevant knowledge with the Business Development team.
  • Create close working relationships with respective professionals and sector specialists in order to coordinate the use and dissemination of business analysis, press releases, financial information, competitive intelligence and relevant firm thought leadership.
  • Be knowledgeable of the Luxembourgish commercial, industrial and public sector, i.e. filter and study all relevant publications in the local press and media.
  • Attend relevant marketing and business association events for the Luxembourgish commercial, industrial and public sector.
  • Identify, coordinate and participate in client relationship building activities and meetings where appropriate.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the solutions offered by our Assurance, Tax, Advisory and Transactions service lines.
  
Your Profile:

  • You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar.
  • You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience; ideally in an international professional services firm environment.
  • You have proven sales skills and business development capabilities.
  • You display a strong understanding of the Luxembourgish market.
  • You show a solid knowledge of and experience with commercial, industrial and public sector clients in Luxembourg.
  • You demonstrate excellent writing, communication, active listening and presentation skills.
  • You have sophisticated project management and time management skills.
  • You show well established organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • You are fluent in Luxembourgish, English, French and/or German.
  • You are willing to join a highly dynamic and international environment.
